Description:
We are looking for a Dealer/ Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, proficiency in trading platforms such as MT5 and experience in risk management.
Responsibility:
- Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and client instructions.
- Monitor and manage risk exposure to ensure adherence to trading limits and risk parameters.
- Preparing a risk management plan for the company
- Developing strategies to generate alpha on the volume flow
- Utilize MT5 Manager and Administrator to configure and manage trading accounts, monitor system performance, and support platform operations.
- Maintaining Gateway connections on MT5 and Creating Routing Rules for the Gateway.
- Working on revenue maximization for the company
- Assist with trading platform inquiries, troubleshooting, and provide technical support when needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activity, risk exposure, pnl and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective execution of trading strategies and operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trading accounts, positions, or margin calls.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client data and financial information.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the dealing desk of a CFD broker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or relevant
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager, Administrator, Centroid Bridge, FIX API
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in risk management with demonstrated capabilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
