Terms & Conditions December Client Bonus Promotion

Eligibility
This promotion is available exclusively to clients who are registered under 9xMarkets DV Limited, a company incorporated in St. Lucia, operating in accordance with its applicable regulatory framework.
Only clients whose accounts have been fully verified and approved in accordance with 9xMarkets’ Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) requirements are eligible.
This promotion is not available where prohibited by law or regulation.
Corporate accounts and IB/affiliate accounts are not eligible, unless explicitly approved by 9xMarkets.
This offer cannot be combined with any other deposit or trading bonuses unless explicitly stated.
100% Non-Losable Bonus
Clients who make a minimum deposit of $500 or above during the promotional period will receive a 100% non-losable trading bonus.
The bonus amount is capped at a maximum of $2,000.
The bonus is credited once the deposit is confirmed and approved.
The bonus cannot be withdrawn and is intended solely for trading purposes.
Clarification: The “non-losable bonus” does not provide loss protection, guaranteed returns, or capital insurance.
Trading losses will be borne by the client’s own funds first unless otherwise stated.
Any partial or full withdrawal before meeting the criteria may result in the bonus being revoked.
$50 to $200 New Year Bonus / Gift
Clients who complete 50 closed standard lots during the promotional period will receive a $50 real-money New Year bonus.
This reward can be earned up to four (4) times, with a maximum total payout of $200 per client.
Only completed closed lots count toward the requirement.
The $50 bonus is withdrawable once credited.
Any form of volume manipulation, artificial trading, or abusive strategies — including but not limited to latency arbitrage, coordinated trading between related accounts, or grid systems designed to exploit bonuses — will result in disqualification.
Trading Conditions
Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
If the client makes a partial or full withdrawal, bonus eligibility may be revoked.
Internal hedging, self-trading, or wash trading across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
If suspicious or abusive activity is detected, 9xMarkets reserves the right to cancel the bonus, adjust accounts, or void associated profits.
9xMarkets may reclaim any bonus or funds derived from misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
General Terms
9xMarkets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by 9xMarkets regarding eligibility, bonus allocation, and compliance are final and binding.
Participation in this offer signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions., self-trading, or wash trading across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Standard 9xMarkets trading conditions, risk disclosures, and policies apply.
9xMarkets shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred in relation to this promotion.
Definitions
Standard Lot: Equivalent to 100,000 units of the base currency (or instrument-specific equivalent).
Closed Lot: A lot counted only after a position has been opened and fully closed.
Non-Losable Bonus: A trading-margin bonus that cannot be withdrawn and does not provide capital protection.
Real-Money Bonus: Withdrawable cash credited upon meeting the required trading volume.
