9xMarkets Event Activation Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Campaign
The Campaign is a promotional activation and not a lottery, prize competition, game of chance, or gambling activity under the laws of India, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
The Campaign is intended to:
1. Educate and engage event participants via a trading personality quiz;
2. Promote awareness of the 9xMarkets trading platform and community;
3. Encourage compliant participation in the financial services offered by 9xMarkets to eligible users.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the prize draw, the Participant must:
1. Be 18 years of age or older;
2. Complete the 9xMarkets “CFD Trader Personality” quiz;
3. Open and verify a 9xMarkets Live Trading Account;
4. Make a minimum deposit of USD $100 (or equivalent);
5. Not be an employee, agent, or direct relative of 9xMarkets, its affiliates, or contractors.
Participation is not permitted where prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
3. Nature of the Giveaway
This is a random draw-based promotional campaign, held for the limited purpose of event-based activation.
No purchase is necessary to enter; however, the deposit into a Live Account is a qualifying condition to verify trading interest and eligibility. This is not to be construed as a fee for entry.
The prize does not represent investment returns, profit, or any form of guaranteed benefit from financial activity.
4. Prize Allocation and Restrictions
One or more winners will be selected at random through an impartial digital tool or mechanism.
All decisions made by 9xMarkets regarding winner selection are final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
The prize(s) offered:
1. Are non-cash, non-transferable, and not redeemable for credit, deposit, or withdrawal;
2. Cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed under any circumstances.
9xMarkets assumes no liability for lost notifications, unclaimed prizes, or technical disruptions during the giveaway process.
5. Notification and Redemption
Winners will be contacted via the email address registered with 9xMarkets.
Failure to acknowledge the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification may result in forfeiture and reallocation of the prize.
Any tax liabilities or obligations arising out of the receipt of a prize shall be solely borne by the Participant.
6. No Guarantee or Representation
Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee selection or winnings.
9xMarkets does not guarantee any improvement in trading performance, returns, or platform outcomes resulting from this activation.
Deposits made solely for the purpose of giveaway eligibility shall not entitle the user to claim any refund, cashback, or tradeable bonus.
7. Advertising, Tracking & Retargeting
As part of the event campaign, 9xMarkets may lawfully use digital advertising platforms such as:
1. Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube)
2. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
for remarketing, education, and promotional communication purposes.
The following non-sensitive data may be collected and used:
1. Pixel activity (e.g., quiz completion, form submissions);
2. Pseudonymized contact data (e.g., hashed email addresses);
3. Browsing/device identifiers or event-based metadata.
All such retargeting activities will comply with:
1. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
2. The India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA);
3. And any other applicable local privacy legislation.
Participants have the right to:
1. Opt-out of marketing communication at any time;
2. Withdraw consent to tracking or retargeting via browser settings or cookie management tools;
3. Request deletion or restriction of data under applicable law.
8. Consent for Marketing Communication
By participating, the Participant grants 9xMarkets permission to contact them via:
1. Email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS;
2. Paid social or display advertising campaigns;
3. Educational newsletters or platform announcements.
These communications may contain updates on:
1. Financial products and services;
2. Market research and reports;
3. Upcoming webinars, events, or exclusive offers.

9. Legal Indemnity and Governing Law
This Campaign does not fall under the scope of:
1. The Public Gambling Act, 1867 (India);
2. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India);
3. Gambling Act 2005 (UK);
4. Any gaming or prize law enforcement frameworks in the UAE, EU, or other territories.
By participating, the Participant expressly waives any legal claim, grievance, or demand against 9xMarkets in relation to:
1. Campaign eligibility;
2. Prize awarding or withdrawal;
3. Advertising exposure, targeting, or remarketing outcomes.
These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9xMarkets is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
10. Final Provisions
9xMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign without prior notice.
The Company may reject or disqualify entries at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or non-compliance is suspected.
All materials, logos, and campaign content remain the intellectual property of 9xMarkets.
